    I have some NTSC DV footage that has a nasty fluorescent flicker in a section in the background. is there any way i can remove it? And is there any way to shoot around it. I sometimes have to shoot in an office environment and cannot turn the overheads off….

    The Color Stabilizer effect can help with this.
