flourish around a human
hi guys
am trying to create this effect of glowing flowers,
I have done the fx with glowing plants by jaysen using the write-on effect
but I want to take it further, I want to incorporate a character(live footage) of say somebody walking or sitting and then these plants should be glowing around him/her so that they have this 3d realism effect,
I want shadows to show and what note.help help!

this isnt too difficult just will take time. If i was doing this i would
1.do the flourishes in sepparate comps.
2.bring them all in to the main comp
3. Mask out the parts where you want the subject to come in front of the elements
4. and set yourself down for an hour or so of keyfraing the masks.
you may want to duplicate up some layers and use them at different times is the masks will vary loads, some times helps in my head

that seems to be a straight forward way
I was just thinking maybe using matchmover for the footage and incorporate the glowing flowers just as you said would also work on places like, the floor,roof where fitting the layer is difficult.thanks again I will give it a shot and see how it goes!!
