  Floating bar losing horizontal position on free size windows.

  Hello forum,

  I’m running this website in which I have a floating fixed bar on the outer nest level of my divs, it all looks great excelt when the browser window is not maximized but on free size mode, a horizontal scroll bar appears and when moved the fixed background gets left behind and the floating bar keeps floating in position.

  I already looked for the nested property causing this, but can’t come up with an answer, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  My nest CSS works like this: Root DIV > Container BG > Floating Bar > Container > Header Body Footer
