  FLIPCAM footage / export audio synch issue

  I was given some clips that I was told were shot on FLIPcam.

  they are 720p
  30 fps
  MPG4

  I am working on a PC in windows 7
  on premiere cs 5.5

  any help would be greatly appreciated!
