    Is it possible to make a light flicker in C4D? Thought I read somewhere that you could attach some kind of Xpresso script. I guess I’m looking for something like the “random” command in AE.

    It can be done by passing a Noise node into the Intensity port of a light in XPresso, like this. You can try the different noise types, adjust Frequency/Scale for timing, Amplitude for light/dark level and check Positive Only if you want the light always on but varying and uncheck if you want periods of darkness…
