  Flickering Grafs!

  How do I avoid the flickering when animating grafics for interlaced (PAL) video in after effects? I’m animating some grafics which I’ll export to a MPG2 for DVD authoring. I’ve heard of exporting my grafics in 50fps and duplicated as lower and upper fields and then import as if it was interlaced, it sounds kinda complicated to me, any better way to do so, tutorials or reading???
