The COW provides a feature for you to upload and embed a video with your post. Or if that’s too much of a hassles then use youtube or something else. It’s definitely not a good idea to be posting ZIP or any other compressed file formats for others to download.

There’s no flicker in this footage. Sounds like you might have a problem on your machine.
