Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro Flickering artifact on right hand side of exported content

I found out a workaround that removes the flickering and the black pixel on the right side. Increase the scale of your video footage to 100,5 and the export will be perfect. It’s an Adobe/Apple bug, the software cannot understand 4k (4096) footage, pixels are either not counted properly or some other size or scale related issue. Ridiculous… I am considering switching to Davinci Resolve for cutting as well, after many years of Premiere Pro. The downside of Premiere began when they removed Speedgrade. In my humble opinion Adobe will disappear in 10 years from now and will be irrelevant in 5.

    This is still happening.

Unfortunately, I appear to have spoken too soon in my last post. Even with my eGPU plugged in (and I have upgraded since my last post to a Radeon Vega 64), the flicker line is still there whenever I alter the frame rate on the timeline.
It’s absolutely maddening. If I slightly change the speed/duration of a clip, or ramp the speed in any direction, I get the flickering black line when I output.

That is, to put it lightly, quite a restriction when editing.

WTF? Can someone from Adobe comment on this please?

I know this is an old post, but what graphics card do you have installed on the computer that is causing you this issue? Is it a NVIDIA GT 750M by chance?
