flicker effect…
I’m trying to reproduce a flicker effect, as in a static jump/tangle of an entire screen…how do i do this in AE?

Think old hotel TV during a storm…
where an image/blanking signal (or whatever it is) is jumping/static-y/flickering before suddenly jumping to correct picture….
