I have some rigs and wires I am painting out of a plate. I have a high quantity of paint strokes. AE is starting to get sluggish. Can I bake out all these strokes. Basic flatten of all the strokes.
I understand I can bake out the entire plate, effect baked into plate, but I am just looking to bake out the paint strokes.
    Thanks

So does this just bake the effect into the plate? Renders the comp, replaces the comp with a new baked out plate? These are just baked out precomps?
My concern is that in order for other artist to render this comp, not only does the original plate need to link to the project, but the baked out precomp needs to always link to the project.
