I need to project a flat image onto a flat plane in cinema 4 d asap
I just started cinema 4 d and can t figure it out.

i ve imported a path from illustrator, made it 3d (addin it to a nurb)
imported the psd material. and when i drag and drop the material does nt seem to be tied to teh object, so when i move the object the material stays where it is, i cant find into on the net.
i would really really apreciate it if some one could help.

So assuming you already applied the texture to a material and the material to the object: Click on your texture tag next to the object in the object manager. It should default to UVW. Here you can change the mapping type to flat if you wish. Once you like the mapping, in the menus above the tag there should be ‘generate uvw’ or something like that (i’m not near C4D right now). Then the material should stick to the nurb and deform with it.

P.S. Check pg. 731 of the C4D ref manual.
