  Flash/flicker in Premiere video exports

  HI,

  Ive been exporting videos from Premiere either directly or through the media Encoder, usually H264 with different settings, on or two pass, etc. But all of the time, on the 1 to 8 minute videos, while it plays perfectly in Premiere, once I export it one, two, sometimes three mini flashes or flickers appear here and there, as if a frame was missing or such. Not a huge deal, but still not the outcome I expect and cant find what is causing it and how to get rid of them.

  Any suggestions are appreciated and if need any more info let me know.
