    this is probably fairly simple but i’m still learning.

    I am trying to get that ‘grainy, old’ look for a flash back. can someone tell me how i would get that?

    we’re editing on HD from a p2 cards i believe from a Panasonic (no one told me).

    Any help is apreciated!

    You can get Noise and Scratches even in the QT player. Is one of the filters abailables when exporting .mov. But if you want something more elaborated, have a look to MagicBullet or the Nattress Film Effectsor any other of the film-like effect packages.
