I have an animation I want to output to Flash, without rasterizing it.
There are no effects, however I am using 3D layers.
Can AE output vector Flash files from a comp using 3D layers?

The comp I am using has only text, and AE generated solids.

No, AE will rasterize all those layers.

Try to recreate the same look using 2D.
Try using parenting with nulls to achieve complex animations and rotations, that’s stuff you can’t easily do in Flash.
