Flash file to FCP?

Have you done a search of the posts in this forum (I guess no)/ There are tons of posts about it.
Try a simple search, like Import Flash

I did do a “Flash” search, turned up one hit. Guess I needed to give more search info. Thanks for the link.

Ok, so I downloaded a Flash file, but I do not have Flash. Maybe I wasn’t clear as to the nature of my problem.

Try a screen capture using an app like SnapProZ https://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/
