I’ve used the ON2 flash plugin with FCP/Compressor extensively for rendering short videos for the web, but now that I’m trying to render longer pieces (10-20 minutes) I’m finding horrible framerate issues during sequences with lots of action/camera movement. I’ve tried upping the bitrate and adding additional keyframes (a keyframe every 10 frames in a 30fps project) but to no avail. I’ll be moving away from ON2/Flash soon, but for the next few months I have to deal with it. Suggestions?

Try having keyframes every 10 seconds rather than every 10 frames.
