  Fix/kludge for QT import problem from C4, C3 into Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

  For anyone who’s had the problem of importing QT files into Prem Pro 1.5 from Combustion 3 or 4… when you render from Combustion, set the frame rate to 30fps instead of 29.97.

  This will help for shortish (<30 s) clips.
