Fixing mismatched interlaced fields from old capture
I have some old captured VHS video. The interlace fields are out of sync. Is there a plug-in to fix this or something in vegas that can tweak the fields?
I’ve been searching the forum… sorry if this has already been asked but I wasn’t finding the solution I seek.

Avisynth with a field shift filter should work. See https://compression.ru/video/old_film_recover/field_shift_en.html
