  Fix flickering light?

  I have some footage with flickering light, shot under fluorescent lamps outdoors with Nikon D800.
  Does anyone know of ways to fix the flickering in any of Adobe’s software, or a plugin?

  Reshooting is not an option…

  (Though it would be interesting to know how to avoid flickering when shooting with the D800 under fluorescent light.)
