  • Fitting 110 minutes onto one DVD…What’s the best way

I’ve shot a play that runs exactly one hour and fifty minutes and in the past, when I have tried to make a DVD with Encore, it says that all 4.7GB is being used and the DVD ends up skipping and freezing throughout. Am i using the wrong setting somewhere…such as the bitrate. Shouldn;t I be able to squeeze 1 hr 50 minutes onto a single Verbatim DVD without a hastle? Might someone suggest the proper settings to do this? I’d be very grateful. when I enter a lower bitrate such as 7 or 6, the meter still indicates that the DVD is full. thanks in advance.
