How do I fit a video into a shape using only Premiere Pro? Just like Photoshop uses a clipping mask to clip images into the shape of another image, I want to clip a video clip inside a circle shape. I have been trying everything I can think of since 8 AM and have had no success finding help on-line. IS it even possible?

Draw a white circle in the Title and superimpose over the clip
Add a Fast Blur for feather if needed.
Add Track Matte Effect and set it to track two.
You can also use the Circle effect with several properties build in.

Bit tricky setting a garbage matte to a circle.

Ah, good point. I missed that part – only seeing the beginning of the post which said “shape”.

what about green screen footage with keyed out background. I want the footage behind it to show only within the silhouette of remaining footage? like at 2:03 seconds into this video. https://youtu.be/O3WRXYYBwRA?t=2m3s

I’m trying to do this exact same thing.

What do you mean by “draw a circle in the Title”?

I’ve tried Generate circle and it makes a cutout circle for the video but I can’t figure out how to make it so the video is in a circle and it is superimposed over another video. I just see the video in the circle and it’s a solid color around the sides.

After that, I’m hoping to be able to move it around to music. i know how to do some of this in AfterEffects but it’s too hard to do anything to music in that program.
