Yes there is.
You can use CTRL+SHIFT+ArrowDown to vertically zoom out in timeline view. Keep tapping until all tracks fit in the view. (Tap CTRL+SHIFT+UpArrow 5 times after that If you want the default track height.)
You can use ArrowDown key to horizontally zoom out of your timeline view.
You need to have the timeline window focused for doing all that. Keyboard Shortcut for focusing on timeline is ALT – `0` ***zero , not the letter `O`.

With mouse, you can double-click on the scollbar handles to reset views individually.

Hi Omer! Unless I didn’t understand he OP post, our chum requested for a ONE KeyStroke to do this. So no there isn’t. Whilst your suggestions are “valid”, to adjust various items, it is not a ONE shot solution which is what our friend was asking for. Also, the User Manual contains those KeyStrokes. The One Shot solution is a great idea and I would welcome such a solution, but presently there isn’t one.

Sometimes people don’t have time to read manuals. Especially people who don’t do video editing as a job.
That’s why they come here and we are helping them on forums such as this one.
Therefore I don’t expect them to ask questions or demand help like a pro.
When someone asks for a shortcut for a command, I just tell them . I don’t say “read the manual”.
They may ask the question in a wrong way. There is no need to ask them to rephrase it if you already know what they need.
OP was asking for a keyboard shortcut. It can be a key or a key combo. It doesn’t matter if it requires him to tap 1 or 2 times because (I believe) OP wasn’t specially asking for a 1 stroke key.
Since you already know there is no 1 stroke key for that, why not provide the key combinations at once instead of making him ask it again? Instead of telling him “that’s a good idea!” I prefer to provide him the keys.
