    First time to use or need a transparency background in Motion…Help!

    I just need a transparency background – I have read the help manual and followed the directions but when I export I still get a black background…Any ideas would be gteatly appreciated….

    Make sure your bg opacity is set to 0% in project and preferences settings, make sure to be exporting to a format that includes an alpha channel- such as Photoshop image sequence or Motion project if going to FCP, make sure the program it’s going to knows there’s an alpha channel to interpret.
