Activity Forums DVD Authoring Firmware question

I’m a bit new to the DVD authoring world. I work at a company that not only authors them, but does packaging and such for other companies. I was sent an .iso that when I burned it out, wouldn’t let me see what options were selected in the sub-menus. On my Mac and PC it would, but on 2 different players it would not. Just wondering if this could be a firmware issue with the players. The client says it works fine on their player.

Any input would be appreciated, have never run across this issue before.

    Thanks

there are no firmware updates to DVD players, that is pretty much a bluRay thing.

What does that mean? It does not jump? The overlays don’t work?

Yes, the overlays didn’t work, the client was fine with it since it worked on their player, it was just odd.
