Firewire out
Can you change the firewire signal out so that it transfer’s an sd signal for use with programs like DVRack? or is there a program like DVRack that will monitor DVCProHD?

You can’t change the firewire signal, no — it outputs the same as what you’re shooting.
As of yet there is no DV Rack type of program for DVCPRO-HD. I’ve been lobbying Serious Magic heavily to make a DVCPRO-HD-compatible version of DV Rack; maybe if more people ask for it they’ll move it higher up their priority list.
