Read the bottom. The AVC-Intra and DVCPRO HD native recording do not allow input via the IEEE 1394 interface.

Most, if not all P2 cameras are Out only. You would need the HPG-20 to record to.

Thanks Steve, this is what I figured, but the top have says set it to HD, etc,.. So I wondered.
