    Are there any tutorials out there that show how to make realistic looking camp fire or torch… not ones using lights, but fire that looks real? Many thanks.

    It’s very very difficult to make realistic fire in 3D. It almost requires a sophisticated fluid simulator. Better to comp in footage if at all possible.

    DPIT Nature Spirit, a plugin for c4d, will have a fluid engine for gaseous phenomena and will also support rendering of fire.
