    Hi,
I am working in a 3:2 space(720×480), however, I need to export as a letterboxed 4:3(preferably 720×540, or 640×480), such that the people I deliver it to, can then just compress for web as they need to. They don’t want to have to adjust the aspect ratio themselves. Ideally, I would like to send the video in the least compressed form possible, however, uncompressed video is too large to send.
So, I need a rendering format that retains the most original quality while also allowing me to letterbox it.

I would like to keep the data rate at or under 250MB/min of video. 300MB/min should really be the cutoff.

Also, I guess it would be nice to send it in a relatively common format so that I can assume they can handle it.

Can anyone suggest a format I can use? And maybe suggest the specific settings to use under the video/audio tabs?

    Thanks
