After moving my cpu & RAID around during holidays, upon setting up at home again, I’m noticing some strange quirks in Finder-related operations. Can anyone tell me if it’s something they’ve seen before, and if it’s something “busted” or just a bad connection between the chair & the keyboard?
    – in a handful of programs, the file open/save dialog sees a “‘duplicate” path to my raid array volume; it’s listed as a separate alias under Volumes. when this is accessed, only 1 folder (out of maybe 12) is listed. When the other path is used, all the folders are listed. is there any way to check for corrupt/dupe/etc Volume aliases?
    – it seemed that in file open/save dialog boxes, when you double-clicked a folder, it opened & replaced the contents of the file list in that dialog. But now some programs (not all) show a drop-down listing of files in a folder.
