Finder blue and green highlights
Trivial question: I just hooked up an old external drive, and saw something new: certain folders are highlighted with blue or green bars.
What does this mean?

Its a method of organizing folders, marking it with a certain color makes it easy to spot among others.
Right click or control click on the file or folder and you will have the option to label with a color or remove a color.
There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
