    Hello,

I am currently in the final stages of a project.
    Its an inverview based documentary.

My problem (without going into too much detail) is that my footage looks fine on FCP, and DVD studio, but when I format the project and burn to disk, the footage – although perfectly in sync with the audio track, looks slightly fast?

Its so strange and I cant understand why. The footage is still interlaced

1080i 25 transcoded to apple proRes on capture

It makes everything look slightly too fast, things in the distance look almost 2x but the audio sync is fine and sounds normal. I guess a good way of describing it would be that it looks too smooth.

if anyone has any tips, or know what this problem is called, I would very much appreciate a little help.
