When I initially loaded Final Cut, I loaded all the options/additional material as well. I believe this consumes 60-70 gigabytes. I would now like to remove these additional materials. The only item that I have been able to find is about 16 gigabytes in Library/Application support/Final Cut Studio. I would like to know where everything else is so I can remove it. Alternatively a full de-install would work, as I have my preferences saved elsewhere, and then I could just reload the basic program, but I am unsure whether a simple de-install would do the trick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    AG

Just reload the disc of the items that you want to remove. I would start with the base final cut 7 disc and chose the option that you would want to uninstall. That should do it.

I see a you stated you have deleted from the application library folder. That might basically corrupt that particular piece of software… let’s say if it’s a motion, sound track pro etc.

Best way is to do it through the disc. Hope it helps.
