Final Cut Pro V2 project upgrade…
I have recently been asked to re-edit a documentary that was created on Final Cut Pro V2 on an older mac. I am hoping to use my own system to do the re-edit, which is FCP 5.1.1 on a beefed up g4. I know that using a project created in v3 or v4 in a later version is fairly unproblematic, but can anyone tell me if there are any problems with using a FCP2 project in FCP 5.1?

I’ve opened up projects back from v1.2.5 with no problems.
Thats not to say there won’t be thoguh… just that I haven’t found any 😉
