    Hello all,

I posted this a while back in response to someones question but I was hoping to get some people to test it out. We have been working on an app to move from Final Cut into After Effects. It’s no automatic duck, but it should do the job.

It will move edits, basic keyframes, time remapping, nested sequences, multiple frame rates/aspect ratios, segmented clips and so on…

Anyways it has been up for a month or so, but just expired. I uploaded a new version that will expire in March of 2008, just wondering if some people can give it a run. See if you can break it. I would like to make it rock solid. I have emailed dale from Creative Workflow hacks about collaborating on a super script. So any feedback, good or bad, you could give would help out a lot.

If this one works without any problems I am just going to release it without expiration, I know some people have been asking for that and as soon as its all said and done i will let this thing go and start working with dale on a different project. So hopefully this is cool…

    Hello there…

    I couldn’t get it to work here…

I’m using AE 7, and the script doesn’t show up in my AE interface. It appears if I take the ‘bin’ off the filename, but obviously then it doesn’t work.

Any thoughts? Does it have to be CS3?

Yes, sorry I should have made that more clear

This script does require CS3 as adobe upgraded to a better version of the javascript interpreter. This allows much better manipulation of an XML Object. Using E4X. Sorry again for not posting that.
