    Hi,

I have some footage that I am editing in FCP, it is only very slightly in soft focus (slightly blurry). Are there any tips or tricks to bring the video into focus?

    Thanks

You can try a sharpening filter from your list of video plug-ins. Or you can export an image stack to photoshop and do more extensive processing there. You can’t work miracles though.

Try the Unsharp mask in video filters. Also (IMHO), the Nattress Big Box of Tricks has a better Unsharp Mask filter. Read how to use it and apply gently. Less is more.
