Hi, I need help adjusting the speed of the scrolling text. I am using it to list companies attending our conference, not for movie credits. How do I slow the scroll down so people can read it? Need help ASAP, of course!

If you’re using the built in Scroll text in FCP, the speed is set by increasing or decreasing the duration of the scroll text clip.

the longer the text clip is the slower it plays. So if the text scrolls of from first line on to last line off in 5 sec. if you make it do that in 10 sec. it will be 1/2 speed.
