  Final Cut Pro ignores out point when capturing

  I am capturing DVCProHD 1080i60 through a Kona 3. I am capturing whole tapes worth of footage and sometimes it will completely disregard my out point while capturing. It will eventually stop, but sometimes up to 5 minutes later. I seem to have everything set correctly and the deck and system is genlocked to an external source. Any ideas?
