Final Cut Pro form to ship for upgrade
Apple has a upgrade program to from older version FCP 5.1 in which you ship your old FCP along with your serial #. Can anyone tell me where I find that pdf form the web address that take you direct to the form I know this program is to the end of this year.

As with all of Apple’s web site, adding a /uk/ after the .com gives you the UK page (if one exists):
