Final Cut Pro cannot read the file just created
Hey guys, couldn’t find this on the forum so I was hoping someone could shed some light on this issue for me. I am trying to digitize off of a DVCpro deck through my kona LHi and keep running into some issues. After digitizing a full tape and exiting the log and capture window final cut will give me an error message saying “Final Cut Pro cannot read the file just created”. I called Aja and they told me to trash the prefs and use the easy setup. Well it digitizes very small clips but will not take entire tapes. Here are my settings.
Non controllable device
Aja Kona 525 29.97 8bit (also tried just dv)Neither seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
