Has anyone ever run into an issue where one of their audio meters is stuck?
My right channel meter is stuck somewhere in the orange between -6 and 0
I have trashed the prefs many times for other issues but it is still stuck
I have been checking the audio mixer when i need to check levels but it’s getting annoying

    Thanks
    Chris

What version of FCP you are running?
You did trash the plist files of FCP already?
If yes, try once to create a new user account on your machine and see if it’s still stuck.
For good measure you can always try to run Applejack – sometimes fixes things like that.

    I’m in fcp 7.0.3
Yes I trashed p list as well
I can’t create a new user on this system it is one many at a rather large company so it would take forever
    I’m not familiar with applejack?

    Download here for free:
    https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/15667/applejack

Install, then switch of your computer, restart and when you hear the Apple start up sound press Command + “S” till you come to the black terminal screen.
When the text scroll finished, type “applejack auto reboot” – will do a complete check up and then restart autmoatically – genious little tool.
Do it once a month – keeps your mac fast and reliable.
