  Final Cut Pro 7 Audio Output Issues

  Hello, I am fairly new to Blackmagic Design. The company I work for just installed Blackmagic on my Mac and everything was working fine until I opened Final Cut Pro 7. I see that there is audio on the audio meters, but I cannot hear anything. I tried changing the settings in the System Preferences > Sound, but I cannot hear anything through the speakers. I can only hear through the Internal Speakers. I also tried several different settings in FCP7 such as refreshing Audio/Video Devices and such, but no luck.

  If anyone can help me solve this problem, I’d greatly appreciate it!

  Here are my computer specs:

  Mac OS X 10.8.2
  3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
  16 GB Memory
  Samson StudioGT speakers
