  Final Cut Pro 7 and Maverick

  Okay so all you out there that are still using FCP 7 and ignorantly installed Maverick thinking it would be better, I have some insight for you. I was using HDV footage and footage from my Canon 70 D and every time I would try and use the two together the program would crash. After weeks of fits and starts I figured it out. 7 was using Perian in the background. I installed the new version and it worked but when I went to render FCP would crash! I removed Perian and Walla it works. So I don’t have to switch over to Premier YET!
