    I’m using
    Model Name: iMac G5
    Model Identifier: PowerMac8,1
    Processor Name: PowerPC G5 (3.0)
    OSX 10.5

    I really could do with some help every time I try to boot up Final cut pro 5 it crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still it crashes. Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks Vincent:

    Vincent, FCP 5.0.1 is rather old compared to OS 10.5 – I’d consider upgrading to FCP 6 or downgrading the OS.
