    Hi,

i’m just wondering if Final Cut Pro 3 is compatible with OS X Tiger. i’m thinking about upgrading the OS on my MAC, and i dont want to do it if it’s going to sacrifice my FCP.

also, is it possible to upgrade the OS without losing the program to formatting?

    any help would be appreciated,

    thanks

Why don’t you upgrade FCP? There are no garuntees that FCP 3 will work with Tiger.
Whenever you do a new Operating System install, it is advised to do a complete reinstall. You will have less problems in the long run.
