Final Cut playing video Faster
Hi everybody, i’m experiencing a really strange problem in final cut pro.
I’m working with a friend who sent me a Dv Pal video 720*576 25fps (exported on Pc from Premiere)
When i open it with Quick time the video plays just fine, but when i import it in final cut the video goes almost four time the speed. I checked the Format settings of the video in FC and Fc says it has 80 fps.We have been trying to exported in many different ways but still having the same problem.
The only thing that helped was to convert from quick time pro the video in Apple Intermediate Codec, than it worked fine.But i really need to pass it to TV in Pal. Have you any idea of what can be causing this problem?

Hi Carlo,
Apart that you imported the DV to Premier as Square Pixels, Progressive, I don’t see nothing strange in the pics.
I would try to “Save as..” Self contained in QT.
