So I’m running final cut and want to do some slow motion using motion’s optical flow. I made it 5% speed and looks great on motion but when I save it and go back to final cut, the clip says .motn but the slowed clip is now choppy as if the optical flow neve occurred. Any suggestions/tutorials?

Are you bringing the .motn file into FCP? Don’t do that. Export out of Motion and bring that new file into FCP.
