You can run one Prores HQ stream on F-W400 without dropping frames.
On FW-800 , will depends very much on your HDs.
With a Raid-0, you easily get three sreams.

Should I use DiskWarrior to repair the Hard Disk only or could there be problems with the External Drive as well. Will running repair on the External Drive erase any media files or projects?
