    Which export method yields the highest quality video, I usually mix after effects files, motion files etc on my final cut timeline, however when I export the video or whatever is on my timeline I lose quality ugly pixelation etc… anyone have any suggestions it would greatly b appreciated…

    The same quality as your timeline. You can’t “add” any more quality than what you have edited with. Simply select your timeline, Export > Quicktime Movie > Current Settings. This will export a video clip using the exact same setting as your timeline.

    Thank you for your post, I guess what I am trying to say is that when exported out form final cut I seem to lose quality on the standard quicktime export or using quicktime conversion to avi, I have found success using the uncompressed 10 bit method…
