Hi there, I’m pretty new to some of this stuff and need to know if I can take an opener I found on videohive that was created in after effects and be able to configure the text and pictures featured in the package with final cut pro x or even in motion 5? Thanks ahead of time for answering what is probably a pretty stupid question.

For what I see in the videohive website, those openers are projects.
If the one you have is an AE project, you need After Efects to open the project and make chages.
You can’t open an AE project with any other application.

Thank you Raf. If I get AE and get this project open it make changes and so on. Is there a workflow that I could move it over to Motion 5 or FCPX for future use? I only ask because I’m more familiar with Apple prods.
