Filter, Behavior Layers Not Showing Up in Project Window
Motion 3 – does anyone know why Behavior, Filter, and Mask layers are not appearing in the Project Window? I can right click on the image in the canvas and select the behavior or filter and the HUD shows there’s a filter applied. It’s just not showing up as a layer in the project window.

Did this ever work properly for you or is this a new and sudden problem?

Look under the layers panel at the bottom right corner there should be three small icons one next to another, middle one looks like star. Try clicking on them and look what happens under the layer in the layer window. They are the switches for behaviors, filters, masks.
